Bowling With Why Don’t We

Why Don’t We were in San Diego for a sold out show at the House of Blues as part of their Invitation Tour. I won a contest put on by Channel 933 to attend a secret hangout with the boys, and it was a pretty hard secret to keep! In order to preserve the nature of the event, I had to agree to not tell ANYONE where the boys would be.

So the secret hangout ended up being at the Tavern + Bowl East Village… and I’m not the best at bowling. Actually, I’m terrible. With that being said, my friend Hoku and I were looking forward to seeing me make a fool out of myself getting the lowest scores ever in front of the boys.

When we got to the bowling alley, we sat and waited for the other fans to arrive. We also got to yell at talk to Ethan Cole! Then we all got our bowling shoes and phone screener Jess made us all get in a circle and introduce ourselves and one thing we like. We all got a private room to bowl in, and after warming up a bit, the boys arrived.

After some quick photo ops, it was time to start bowling! Daniel (my extremely obvious favorite) decided to join our game, and he truly got to see how bad I was at this. Eventually I gave up, and he took my turn and helped me get my score up. I kept taking L’s, but Daniel kept comforting me with hugs! Everyone got to hang around with the guys too. It was very laid back. Ethan also took his shot at bowling with the guys.
