Carolyn Oakley, also known as Jaayns, is an independent singer/songwriter from Leeds, UK. Jaayns started out writing and collaborating with other artists, and released her debut EP Bright White Yellow in 2017.
The EP received recognition on the Best of British Unsigned radio show, BBC Music Introducing… in West Yorkshire, BBC 6 Music, and earned 3rd place in the Best Independent Electro Act category in the 2017 Radio Wigwam Awards.
Her newest single “Natural Born Enemies” is out now, and will be featured on her forthcoming EP Push Bar to Open. It’s such a chill track that will lead your mind on a pleasant adventure. Check it out below!
