Fine Line Live!

Harry Styles’ sophomore album Fine Line dropped on Friday, and it’s been so hard to stop listening! To celebrate the occasion, Styles hosted an album release party at The Forum in LA that night.

So… how was it?

So I pulled up to The Forum (more like, I got dropped off on a very lonely side street and walked to The Forum). The arena was lit up pink and purple, with Harry’s name projected on the sides.

There was a cute little Volkswagen bus called the “Love Bus” parked out on the terrace of the venue!

Before Harry took the stage, a dj was playing AWESOME throwback tunes from the 60s and on. The final song that played before he went on stage was “Sweet Thing” by Shuggie Otis, just like on his 2018 tour. As soon as I heard the first notes of the banjo, I sprung up out of my seat because I knew what was going to go down and I was ready.

Harry played his brand spanking new Fine Line album from start to finish, and admitted it was probably the only time he’d be able to do that. Of course, it seemed as though just about everyone knew all the lyrics to the songs.

The highlight of the night was when HARRY BROUGHT OUT T H E STEVIE NICKS. LIKE WHAT? HE ACTUALLY DID THAT!

I couldn’t believe it and I still can’t

Despite the borderline apocalyptic traffic I endured coming from San Diego, it was so worth it to be able to see history being made.
