LA-based FINLAY is serving up her first new single of the new year today, “bones”!

The track features FINLAY’s delicate vocals weaved over delightful trap beats. While the song may sound upbeat and cheery, the subject matter is actually quite haunting.
FINLAY says, “‘bones’ is a deeply cathartic record that serves to tell the story of my very biggest heartbreak in my teens. It’s anthemic and chilling, written with a heart to empower and encourage others in their own personal confidence and self-love, especially when an S.O. might shrink back and leave you high-and-dry in the face of relational conflict. Co-produced with Chris G. Wright, this topline, with its moody slides and syncopated stabs, is my absolute favorite on the debut EP, and an anthem to all my fans searching for that extra little push of confidence in the face of a painful breakup.”
