Emma Jaye, also known as Emma Holzer, is a 23-year-old rising pop artist who’s love for music will likely never fade away.
When Emma was 9, she began to take vocal lessons. She soon redirected her energy towards pursuing an acting career. While she appeared in many movies and tv shows, Emma knew her heart still belonged to music.
Today, you’re getting an exclusive look at the music video for Emma’s latest single “Dumb”!
“Dumb” is an undeniable bop – created with inclusivity in mind. “It’s a song that I made with everyone in mind,” Jaye explains. “We live in a very strange culture, where people, especially women, are told that they should feel apologetic for feeling totally confident and beautiful. That needs to change, so I wrote a song to try and counteract it. It’s all about feeling confident and beautiful in your own skin. I know it can be hard to feel that way all the time, but I’m hoping that this song can help.”
