Just like a fine wine, KICCC‘s new music video for his latest single “Wine” is a gem!
The music video is purely cinematic, and illustrates how big of an impact love can have and how painful it can be to move on from the past. The water in the video represents a place one can cleanse themselves, as well as learn how to love and forgive themselves. The talented Athina Rigaud also makes an appearance in the video. This is also the conclusion to KICCC’s trilogy journey, following, “Here” and “Control.”
KICCC says, “In ‘Wine,’ we see that reality is not immune to interpretation and that rebirth may be the possibility of infinite possibilities. I could relate to this as I learned more about myself, others, and the world around me. Up to this point in my life, I feel like I’ve played so many versions of myself and at given moments held certain truths that were later proven to be more than what they seemed.“
Carson Cheng, aka KICCC (pronounced “kick”) is a Canadian-Chinese singer/songwriter who launched his first solo single “Here” last year. He uses music as a way of communicating with the whole world, and his songs and music videos are truly larger than life.
