Rising pop princess Tea Belle and viral rapper Lilbadkatt teamed up for a brand new bop titled “Trippin’.” The song celebrates being able to get back on track after feeling like you’ve been slowed down. Knowing you’re back at a pace you like to move at can be a total adrenaline rush, and so is this song!
Tea Belle recruited Lilbatkatt after hearing some of her raps, and the duo brought their own unique styles together in the coolest way they could for “Trippin’.” Tea Belle is a singer, songwriter, and actress whos sound is influenced by pop culture on a global style. Recently, she began working as a songwriter in the K-Pop world! She has lived in Vienna, Los Angeles, and London.
When speaking about the meaning of the song, Tea Belle shared, “I was in a huge slump last year, I felt lost and didn’t know where I was heading but then I decided I was gonna go all out on my dreams and that is exactly what Trippin is about – it’s been a crazy year but I’m done being lazy, now I’m gonna speed ahead and never slow down because it’s my time to glow! 2020 is my year if I make it mine.”
“I felt so stuck but then I realized that the whole world can be mine if I want it – you just gotta work hard for your dream,” she added. “I think a lot of people will be able to relate with the current corona situation, our feelings and our lives are all over the place but I hope this song can give its listeners the motivation to get back on track!”

Tea Belle is encouraging everyone to check out Four Paws and the Labelle Foundation. It can be easy to forget that the pandemic is also affecting our beloved furry friends that we share this planet with! Four Paws is feeding stray animals, who may have difficulties finding food due to many restaurants having halted operations during this time. The Labelle Foundation rescues, rehabilitates, and advocates for dogs without a forever home in Los Angeles. The Labelle Foundation is where Tea Belle also adopted her puppy Loulou!
Tea Belle also has one more VERY important message for everyone. She shared, “While we’re at it I would also love to encourage people to PLEASE vote in November, your vote matters and there’s so many foreigners like me that wish they had a voice but don’t so please do it for me!”
