It’s been almost six months since so many seemingly normal things came to a halt due to the pandemic. Life took quite a sharp turn, didn’t it? Kind of like a hairpin turn in the middle of a blizzard.
While it might be a little hard to partake in the same shenanigans of the past at this moment, there’s still so many more memories to make in the future! If you feel like things are getting stale right now, New York based alt-rockers Rebounder is about to spice things up with “Night Sports.”
Rebounder is the project of writer/producer Dylan Chenfeld. Joined by his brother Noah Chenfeld plus Cobey Arner and Zack Kantor, Rebounder has been wowing music lovers since the 2018 debut “Japanese Posters.” All of Rebounder’s songs are 100% self-produced, and the group has supported acts such as The Neighbourhood, Dayglow, Cautious Clay, Marc Rebillet, Noah Kahan, and Nasty Cherry!
A night sport can be anything you want it to be! It can be darting from your job to your friend’s gig, visiting a bar you swore you’d never step foot in, or maybe riding the swings on a playground at night. During times like these, it could be lighting fireworks in the middle of the street, riding a scooter down a steep hill, or something else. Just get creative! The music video for “Night Sports” features tons of clips of Dylan’s nights out with friends prior to the pandemic. It serves as a great toast to the past, as well as a nod to the future.
