Having way too many friends can certainly be a dilemma, right? Especially if you’re trying to be more than just that… right?
Spencer Sutherland just dropped his new single “Too Many Friends” today, and it’s all about the want (and need) of breaking out of the friend zone. The energetic guitar riffs matched with Spencer’s powerhouse vocals will make you want to jump out of any sticky situation you’ve found yourself in, too!
“Too Many Friends is a big feel good moment for me,” Spencer says of his new song. “In this crazy heavy world, I wanted to let people have an escape for a second and think about something fun. The song was inspired by now serious girlfriend Madison Iseman and is about essentially trying to get out of the friend zone.”
“Too Many Friends” was written and produced by Jonas Jeberg (Panic! The Disco, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Jonas Brothers) and co-written by David Gibson (Bruno Mars). It follows Spencer’s April release “Help,” and is like having a friend to turn to in these crazy times.
