Beca is here to motivate everyone with her new single “Calm Before The Storm,” and she has one clear message. No matter what the world throws at us, we’ve got this!
While attending Julliard, Beca (aka Becca Schack) set out on her own path, and pursued her own opportunities while exploring what New York City’s musical landscape had to offer. Now based in LA, Beca has four EP’s and an album under her belt. Her music has been featured in various commercials and shows such as Bones, the UK’s Made In Chelsea, and Dance Moms. Beca has also performed for crowds at SXSW, Sundance Film Festival, NYC Pride, POP Montreal, and NXNE.
Beca says of her new song, “‘Calm Before The Storm’ is about fighting for what we believe in, even in the face of fear and uncertainty. I sometimes get caught up in the daily grind to the point where I feel stuck, discouraged, and in a vicious cycle of second-guessing. I have to remind myself: life is about the process, not results. I wrote this song as an anthem for those of us taking consistent daily action and making all the hard little choices that better our lives. During this time when it seems the world is falling apart, we need to dig deeper than ever before to find our inner strength and resilience.”
