Sometimes you just can’t help but get tired of hearing songs that are sad in nature. One song you won’t get tired of hearing though, is Jack Conway’s new single “Sad Songs.” As a spoiler, it’s anything but sad.
In fact, the LA-based singer/songwriter finds himself mentioning in the song he’s over the moon. Sometimes all you need are the seemingly small things in life. Jack mentioned, “During COVID, I got so sick of being sad/sad songs, so I wrote this song w/ 2 co-writers & produced it myself in my bedroom. It’s a perfect spring/summer jam to roll down the windows to, because it offers nostalgic names like Linkin Park & Evanesce with a modern Illenium-esk production. Just like people say ‘it’s good to cry’, it is also good to allow yourself to focus on and choose happiness.”
