Get it, let it roll! BTS have finally released their new single “Butter.”
It shouldn’t take the whole 2 minutes and 46 seconds to realize “Butter” is a song rooted in so much joy. As a matter of fact, it’s dripping with joy, AND finesse! Whether you’re an ARMY or not, you can’t deny the fact that BTS brings peace and comfort to so many people around the world. These are still very difficult times for many, and the escape that music can provide from the haunting realities of life is always welcome. There’s something very sacred about listening to a song by your favorite artist. Sometimes it feels as though nothing matters in the moment except you and your connection with that specific song.
And in this very moment right now, there is a reality that we must celebrate. BTS took some glowing electro-pop beats, sprinkled a little funk here and there, and created another anthem that will be cherished by many for years to come. BTS made history last summer with “Dynamite,” and they’re about to do it again with “Butter.” Come and be a part of it!
It’s the synth for me, and it’s the fact that this without a doubt one of BTS’ best music videos to date. Don’t @ me.

BTS will be making their television debut performance of the song at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, this Sunday (May 23) at 8PM on NBC. Then May 25, BTS will return to The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, airing at 11:35PM on CBS. Be sure to also tune into Good Morning America on May 28, because BTS will perform “Butter” on the show as part of the 2021 Summer Concert Series!
