There’s no reason to not make some noise for Devin Kennedy’s new single “Silence”! The multi-talented artist is back with a handmade track that urges everyone to vocalize their feelings for one another.
Devin spilled, “I love exploring new sounds and unique instrumentation in my songs. What I really enjoy about ‘Silence’ is that we were able to combine my usual sunny, west-coast vibe, with faster vocal melodies and some hard-hitting drums. For me, the lyric ‘I don’t know what to do with silence’ really hits home from a writing perspective. Sometimes we’re left guessing by our significant other about how they’re feeling, and all you want to do is break the silence. We’ve all been there. I love how this song tackles that subject and puts it into words that are fresh and playful. I’m feeling blessed to have done this track with some amazing collaborators Tony Ferrari, Nick Pingree and Lukas Costas. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do!”
