It’s important to note that “Boy In A Billion” also offers a generous serving of optimism. Although the seemingly perfect boy might be light years away now, Claire highlights the fact that all of the love she gave was not a mistake. Everything happens for a reason, and she assures herself that she’ll be okay. (After all, there’s 999,999,999+ other boys out there, right?)
