There’s no treat sweeter than new music from Weeekly! On August 4, the girls will be dropping their fourth mini album Play Game: Holiday. The project will consist of five delicious new songs, led by title track “Holiday Party.”
It’s been a little over four months since Weeekly’s previous EP We play was released, and the group has promised to create an entirely new vibe with this project. It’ll be very exciting to see unfold, especially when taking a look at the first concept photo for the album.
Weeekly’s previous mini albums showed off a very playful, youthful side of the group. (Literally, they reminded me of how naive I was in high school… but it was a fun time too! I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t.) This concept photo can leave fans with an impression that we’ll be seeing a more elegant, slightly more mature side of the group with this era.
One thing is certain though… Weeekly never fails to serve up great bops, and we can all look forward to some more on August 4 at 6PM KST!
