Dawson Fuss Stars In His Own “Hollywood Heartbreak”

It’s time for Dawson Fuss to take a bow… just not to the dating stereotypes he’s seen in countless movies. The singer-songwriter has grown up seeing plenty of unrealistic portrayals of love on the big screen, and today he’s getting real about them with his new single “Hollywood Heartbreak.”

Around the age when most kids are learning the alphabet, Dawson Fuss was already starring in local theater productions. From this early on, he was inspired to pursue a music career, and continued to perform on stage with his school choirs. Dawson also loves photography and cinematography, and “Hollywood Heartbreak” brought all three of his passions together!

“Because my love life was not like the movies I was watching, I got a little sad and realized that although essentially impossible, I would love to have a taste of what that kind of picture-perfect love life would be like,” says Dawson. “The track is inspired by the vintage Hollywood film noir movies and modern films that often portray romance unrealistically, yet as a society, we see that as the blueprint.”
