There’s a personal touch in all of Naliya’s songs, which is one of the many reasons you’ll want to keep an eye on her going into 2022.
Having grown up in between Calgary and Paris, Naliya often found it difficult to fit into a single social circle. To brush off her feelings, she’d start making beats on GarageBand, which led to a desire to pursue a career in music! Naliya graduated from Berklee College of Music in just three years, and quickly settled in LA to fulfill the next chapter in her career.
One day, Naliya caught the attention of multiplatinum producer J Kash on an Instagram Live session. He signed her immediately, and she began working with artists such as Jason Derulo and Tate McRae. After releasing a series of singles independently, Naliya released her first official single “Handshakes” this past March.
