One way or another, Christian Lalama will steal your attention… and your heart! Perhaps one of those ways will be through his new single “Girlfriend,” out today.
Ever since his early childhood years, Christian Lalama has had his eyes set on being a performer. At only four years old, he could be found playing the piano at restaurants in his hometown of St. Catharines, Ontario. His audience of onlookers could tell Christian was truly into it, and he continued to work on perfecting his craft as he got older.
At ten years old, Christian found himself entertaining even larger crowds. He won a contest to perform in Kim Mitchell’s The Kid Mitchell Band, and not long after, he’d also find himself playing the piano in front of thousands of enthusiastic fans as an opener. Of course, doing it 100% solo only helped fuel his fierce passion for performing.
The next item on Christian’s agenda consisted of being a part of Mini Pop Kids. He was able to tour all throughout Canada and the US through the group, and had the chance to record alongside world renowned producers. Christian also started up a YouTube channel, where he posted cover videos and captivated even more listeners all around the world!
Even before Christian made his official debut in 2018 with “TicToc,” his goal was to simply put others in a good mood. His mission still stands today, and can be felt through his brand new single “Girlfriend.” The song screams fun in the sun, and it’s a classic story of a man promising nothing but the best for his future girl. It’s a glo-up for sure, but it also glows on its own.
“I’m so excited for my fans to hear my new song Girlfriend,” says Christian. “It’s my first release in a while and it showcases how my sound has grown over the past few years. I hope you love it!”
