At just 17-years-old, Precious Pepala is ready to take the world by storm!
Growing up in Sheffield, Precious Pepala got her start singing at the church where her father leads a congregation. She learned how to play guitar at school, and started a band with a few other girls from her class. Precious went on to write songs on her own about the issues her generation faces, including “My Eyes Only.”
Precious spills, “’My Eyes Only’ is a song about guarding your emotions and not wanting other people to see you vulnerable, especially in romantic relationships. The lyrics are a true and honest confession about how the way I want to be perceived sometimes contrasts with how I really am.”
With “My Eyes Only,” Precious puts not only her vulnerability, but her undeniable talent on full display. As Precious’ polished vocals glide over a gentle guitar riff, you’ll naturally sway from side to side and enter a daze where you can’t help listening to the track over and over again.
