International pop sensation HEYOON’s debut solo single “Pivot” has arrived!
After spending five years as a member of the global pop group Now United, HEYOON has made a pivot of her own towards launching her solo career. After signing with Universal Music Global, HEYOON is excited to begin a new chapter and show her fans what she has planned. She says, “Pivot isn’t just a single. It’s a statement about embracing my own path and inviting fans to do the same. I’m thrilled to be stepping into this new phase with Universal Music Korea, and I can’t wait for fans to experience everything we’ve created together.”
“Pivot” is a mid-tempo pop track that explores the complexities of a relationship that is full of love but overshadowed by toxicity. The song also features an energetic appearance from Armani White. HEYOON says, “Pivot is about putting that red light on someone when you know the relationship has become toxic. It’s the push and pull of knowing your worth and the fear of leaving something you’ve invested in. It’s that journey of turning away from toxicity and stepping back into self-love.”
