ALL(H)OURS has returned with a new mini album that will make your ears sizzle!
Returning with their third mini album Smoke Point, ALL(H)OURS are giving listeners a bold, stimulating listening experience led by dramatic electronic production. Through this album, the K-pop boy group comprised of members KUNHO, YOUMIN, XAYDEN, MINJE, MASAMI, HYUNBIN, and ON:N, hopes to show listeners growth since the release of their previous project WITNESS last summer.
KUNHO says, “Through our THIRD MINI ALBUM [Smoke Point] promotion, we plan to show a more upgraded performance and showcase the unique color of ALL(H)OURS. With the bright mood of ‘Graffiti’ and slightly heavier, powerful charisma of “GIMME GIMME,’ our double title track, we believe listeners will be able to fully experience the sweet and bold contrast of ALL(H)OURS.”
The mini album begins with the introductory track, “Smoke Point,” which features a funky, new jack swing inspired rhythm. Up next are “Graffiti” and “GIMME GIMME,” the double-title tracks for this album. “Graffiti” was released on January 17 to drum up excitement for the rest of the mini album, and is a fun, anthemic pop track!
Meanwhile, “GIMME GIMME” has a pulsing bass loop and picks up the beats-per-minute count. The music video for “GIMME GIMME” features a high speed car chase in the desert, and a rather whimsical shoot-out. A few seconds ago, you might have felt like dancing at a decent tempo. After listening to “GIMME GIMME,” you probably feel like running around with a cowboy hat on!
“Shooting the music video was so much fun,” MINJE said. “To capture the vibrant scenes, I mounted the camera directly on my body, and it wasn’t just any typical camera, it was very expensive; it was over ten thousand dollars! I had seen a clip of Will Smith wearing this same camera and tech while filming Bad Boys 4, and was really excited to be filming in a similar way. Wearing the camera myself while shooting the music video was a very different and new experience for me.”
