Last night, 5 Seconds of Summer shared an exciting new single called “Wildflower”!
“We wanted to make the chorus kind of a choose-your-own-adventure, where some words are left out and then accentuated by these big stabs of synth,” explains Calum Hood. “It lets everyone come up with their own interpretation, and fill in whatever they think those missing lyrics might be.”
“Wildflower” is the latest single from 5SOS’ new album C A L M, out this Friday! This is a super vibrant track packed with ‘80s vibes.
As Luke, Ashton, Michael and Calum gear up for the release of the album, they teamed up with Calm to share four individual remixes of tracks from the album. The remixes are available on the app, and each remix was crafted with care by a different band member and remixer/producer Matt Pauling. You can find remixes of “Easier”, “Old Me”, “Red Desert”, and “Best Years”.
