honeyfreckle is delivering magic in the form of music today with her new single “pit stop”!
honeyfreckle aka Sanna Hansson, is a 24-year-old artist who grew up in a small village in south Sweden. At the age of three, she was given her first microphone made out of a toilet paper roll, aluminum foil, and a curly telephone cord. Then when Sanna was 9, she began to write her own songs. She attended The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London and Malmö Academy of Music.
In November 2019, honeyfreckle’s debut single “love me not” was released, and was warmly received by critics, radio stations, and listeners worldwide. While her songs can be emotional, they will also make you want to throw some glitter on your face and dance your sadness away!
honeyfreckle shares, “‘pit stop’ is a nightmare scenario. I sometimes have really bad dreams about being left behind by people that I love. Writing this song has been a way of processing and venting those emotions.”
