Jazzy Mejia Shares Debut ‘Seven24’ EP

Music is one of the best gifts I could ask for during quarantine. Everyone can enjoy it, and best of all, no in-person contact is required to receive it! Today, former G.R.L. member turned solo artist Jazzy Mejia is giving her fans the gift of her debut EP, “Seven24”.

“The name Seven24 represents being in the house 7 days a week 24 hours a day,” Jazzy shares. “This gave me so much time to reflect, create music, and engage with my fans.

Jazzy was born and raised in LA, and music has always been a huge part of her life. Before she found her own sound and became a soloist, Jazzy was a part of girl groups such as N2ition, LT3, Mejia, and G.R.L. Her songs stem from her own personal life experiences, and reflect who she truly is. Best of all, Jazzy writes, engineers, produces, mixes, and masters all of her music by herself!

“Seven24” features three tracks – “Perfect”, “Xbox”, and “GIRLS”. “Perfect” is about spending time with your significant other, while doing nothing. The song was co-produced by MVXMILLI, who also has a feature on the track. “Xbox” is about confronting your lover about the lack of attention and frustrations that come with being ignored for video games, and features Taiwanese rapper BAER. To wrap things up, “GIRLS” was a song that Jazzy’s fans helped her create via her Instagram stories!
