The official music video for Surf Mesa’s super smooth single “Somewhere” feat. Gus Dapperton is here!
Back in July, Surf Mesa released the track alongside a skate video that took viewers on a journey into the Southern California desert. In the new video released today, Surf Mesa and Gus Dapperton are on a drive in the countryside, and end up getting in a car crash. Curiosity ensues after the incident, and the two come across an isolated house – and a mysterious woman (played by Havana Liu) who draws the two inside. The video was directed by Dane Ray and shot in Stony Point, New York.
Of course, Surf Mesa’s Gold-certified hit “ily (i love you baby)” ft. Emilee is still going strong. The track has amassed over 820 million combined global streams, and is now hanging out in the top 10 rankings at U.S. Top 40 radio.
