It’s never too early for some holiday cheer, and BTS just delivered tons of it to their ARMY by performing “Life Goes On” at The Late Late Show with James Corden!
On November 23, the guys appeared on the CBS late-night talk show to perform their new single. It was a rather last-minute notice, with James Corden announcing the performance the same morning on his personal Twitter account.
Let’s just say, it was like opening up a present on Christmas morning. A present you weren’t expecting to begin with, and one that is so awesome, you’ll cherish it forever!
The mere thought of the COVID-19 pandemic can easily threaten to shoo away the warmth of the holidays. It’s not easy spending this time of the year away from loved ones, and it’s been nearly 9 months since BTS spent time in person with the greatest loves of their lives – ARMYs. As the performance begins, the feeling of longing to be around those special people can really be felt.
But if there’s one thing BTS has reminded us of, especially with their new album BE, it’s the fact that life truly does go on. Throughout the performance, the seasons change as BTS spend time at home. We’ve almost made it to Christmas, and it’s only a matter of time until we see one another again.

This was BTS’ third time performing on The Late Late Show with James Corden in 2020. Back in January, the guys appeared on the show for an interview with Corden, Carpool Karaoke, and to perform “Black Swan.” BTS also gave a quarantine performance of “Boy With Luv” on Corden’s #HomeFest special in March.
BE is currently on track to become BTS’ fifth #1 album on the Billboard 200 chart. Keep streaming, and click here to grab your MP3 copies of “Life Goes On.” Remember – you can purchase up to four copies per transaction/card!
