Living Life In Elle Winter’s ‘Sad Girl Heaven’

Do you ever just wonder why things must be so complicated for no apparent reason? Then a few moments later, realizing you may or may not have brought it upon yourself, but still…. why? Well, Elle Winter has been there, and she’s here to tell you her story living in a “Sad Girl Heaven” today!

Elle Winter is a New Yorker, born and bred. After being involved with music since an early age, Elle was discovered by Radio Disney when she was a teen. She got to be a part of their “Next Big Thing” program, and eventually branched out into acting too! While working on films such as 3 Generations and Netflix’s The After Party, Elle continued to work on writing new music.

In 2018, Elle independently released “One More,” a song about the excitement surrounding meeting that special someone. This led Elle to head out on a radio tour, a performance on The TODAY Show, being named Elvis Duran’s Artist of the Month, as well as being named KIIS FM’s Next Up Artist. Elle’s breakout EP Yeah, No. arrived last year, and showed the world just how personal (and relatable!) her songwriting really is.

“Sad Girl Heaven” marks the beginning of a new chapter in Elle’s musical journey, and there’s so much more to come. She described the track as “a witty take on my tendency to pursue toxic relationships and people who are not good for me for the thrill of the experience, which inevitably leads to disappointment and self-inflicted heartbreak.”
