Anitta Brings The Heat With New Single ‘Funk Rave’

Anitta just dropped her new single “Funk Rave,” and it’s bound to be a global hit!

It’s all in the title, folks. “Funk Rave” is a funk song that invites listeners to dance and embrace being the baddie you know you are.

“All the music I’ve been making for the past year is music I’m so proud of,” Anitta says. “It’s both incredibly Brazilian and intentionally international – I made sure it sounds like me in every fiber of the music. Brazilian funk is my roots. It’s what I was born and raised doing. It’s home to me. I made this new music with the intention of showing everyone those roots, what’s most important to me, and leading with ‘Funk Rave’ does exactly that.”

Earlier this month, Anitta gave “Funk Rave” a live debut at the Opening Ceremony of the UEFA Champions League Finals In Istanbul, Turkey. Fans went crazy for the song, rightfully so! Thanks to all the love and support, Anitta decided to give “Funk Rave” an official release at once. The song was also produced by Diplo, who is of course no stranger to working with Anitta.
