Aidan Bissett brought his “Supernova: How’s It Gonna End?” Tour to El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles on April 23, and you’re probably wondering how it went! The tour celebrates the singer’s latest album Supernova, which received an extended re-release in February.
Fans gathered shoulder to shoulder at El Rey, eagerly awaiting to sing their favorite songs from the project as well as old favorites. When Aidan appeared on stage, he sent the crowd into a frenzy as he performed his 2021 song “Worst Girls of All Time.” The angsty tune was a great way to charge up the energy for the night, and it never seemed to die down.
There was an overwhelming sense of joy throughout the show, and it’s likely due to Aidan’s close-knit relationship with his fans. At one point, he casually revealed he’s working on another album! He said, “It’s scary, but it’s cool because you learn so much about yourself as an artist and as a human.” Aidan also caught a rubber ducky as a gift from a fan, sang happy birthday to another fan, and entered the crowd to sing “A Song For Her.”
