K-Pop singer JAY B recently embarked on his very first solo tour in the United States! Titled ‘TAPE: RE LOAD,’ the GOT7 leader was able to meet fans in six cities across America, including Los Angeles. On June 8, JAY B took the stage at the famous Avalon Hollywood nightclub and curated an afternoon full of fun!
To kick off the celebration, singer/songwriter Tabber pumped up the crowd with a sleek performance of some of his original songs like “Hysteric Glamour” and “Chi-Ka.” Just a week before the show, Tabber made an appearance at this year’s Head In The Clouds music festival in Los Angeles. There’s no such thing as too much Tabber, and the audience was delighted to greet him once again in the city.

After Tabber’s set, one could easily feel the levels of excitement for JAY B skyrocketing throughout the venue. Fans (known as Aghases) had packed the club from wall to wall, and began to create a sea of green from their lightsticks. When JAY B finally hit the stage, it was clear that the very warm reception from LA fans meant a lot to him.
He mentioned, “Since it is my first time here, it’s definitely your first time singing my songs too. Please enjoy it!”
Surely, the crowd did enjoy themselves as they danced the night away to songs spanning across JAY B’s solo career. The bass was booming, lights were flashing, and JAY B’s vocals were shining brighter than a Hollywood star.
Speaking of a warm reception, one of the most memorable aspects of this show was the fact the temperature seemed to only get hotter inside the club. While it was a warm day outside, everyone’s excitement and body friction as they jumped around contributed to a mini heat wave inside the club. In between crowd barking sessions, JAY B also took note of the heat.
“I didn’t think it was gonna be that hot,” he said. “But with the lighting, it’s actually hotter than expected.”
The crowd then proceeded to point to JAY B and scream, “Its because of you!”
It’s impossible to deny JAY B did indeed bring the heat at his first LA solo show! Check out photos from his performance below.
