There’s a saying that goes, “New Year, New Me.” BTS are taking this quite literally with some major news for ARMY!
On January 5 (KST), BIGHIT MUSIC announced that BTS will release their fifth full-length studio album on Friday, March 20 at 1PM KST/12AM ET. While the album title has yet to be revealed, this will mark the first album released by the group in three years, and their first since fulfilling their mandatory military service.
According to a statement on Weverse, BIGHIT MUSIC also says that all seven members were “deeply involved” in the process of creating the album. There will be 14 tracks on the album, and these songs will be a reflection of many emotions experienced throughout their journey.
BIGHIT MUSIC also confirmed that BTS will be going on a world tour later this year, in support of their new upcoming album. The tour schedule will be announced on January 14, so be sure to keep an eye out!
