A.G. Schiano, also known to the world as Clover County, brought her “Finer Things” Tour to the House of Blues in San Diego on March 3.
Named after her latest album Finer Things, this run of tour dates found Clover County visiting over 25 cities across the United States. However, the moment she stepped on stage, she made it known that she has a special connection with San Diego. In 2024, she opened for Lord Huron, and it was her very first tour. Her first date on the tour happened to be in San Diego, performing seaside under a night sky at the Rady Shell. Needless to say, Clover County was delighted to be back in town as a headliner, and provided her adoring fans with a relaxing evening full of fresh new music.
Fellow indie singer-songwriter ethansroom opened up the show, showing off his captivating vocals and heartfelt lyricism. Ethan’s voice is full of grit and soul, and hearing it in person was nothing short of breathtaking. Ethan also showed off his incredible sense of humor, cracking jokes throughout his set about the stories behind his songs.

Clover County grew up in Central Florida and started her songwriting journey as a teen. Some of her biggest inspirations were Taylor Swift, Dolly Parton, and Stevie Nicks, among many others. The name “Clover County” is a nod to all the places she’s called home, waiting for her “lucky” break in the next city she’d move to. Once she settled in Athens, GA, her creativity began to flow like never before, hosting local performances regularly and building a steady fanbase.
