After wrapping up their weekend long MUSTER SOWOOZOO, BTS had some very exciting news to share with ARMYs all over the world. Or better yet, to spread… like “Butter.”
A rather cryptic news report aired on the screen once Monday’s show had concluded, leaving ARMYs speculating what could possibly be on the horizon.

Then at 12AM KST on June 15, BTS made an announcement worthy of ceebrating. On July 9, the group will be releasing a special CD single version of “Butter.” The “Butter” CD single will also include an exciting new B-side track titled “Permission To Dance”!
July 9 also happens to be the anniversary of ARMY’s inception, so this single album seems like a pretty good birthday gift for us – right?!
Pre-orders for the “Butter” CD are now open via Weverse Shop and other online retailers. ARMYs located in the United States can also pre-order from Amazon, Target, and the “Butter” store.
There’s two versions of the “Butter” CD single – Peaches and Cream! Each single album will also include lyric cards for both songs, a polaroid photocard, a photo stand, random message card, stickers, and a random photocard. Go and get yours!
